Halloween Craft Bash

 

Date: Saturday, October 18
Time: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Butchertown Brewing at the Mellwood Art Center
Parking: Free parking on site
Guests: Plus-ones of any gender are welcome. Each person needs their own ticket.

What Your Ticket Includes

• Candy station

• Supplies to carve and/or paint a pumpkin
  (carving tools, paints, brushes, table covers, cleanup materials)

• One drink ticket
  (additional drinks must be opened under an individual tab)

What To Bring

• Your own pumpkin

• Valid photo ID if you plan to drink

Vibe Check

• Costumes highly encouraged

• Costume contest

• Loud music, fog machine, and flashing LED disco lights

Food

• No real food is served or available for purchase at Butchertown Brewing.

• Danny Mac’s Pizza in the Mellwood Art Center is available until 9:00 PM. Plan dinner accordingly.

Age and ID

• 21+ to drink

• ID required to receive a drink ticket

Accessibility Note

• The event will include loud sound, fog effects, and flashing lights. If you are sensitive to these, please use your discretion and bring any supports you need.

Tickets and Check-In

• No refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to another person.

• Your email confirmation is your ticket. We will check you in by name and email at the door.
